Record the meeting.
Keep the notes.
Meeting Transcriber writes down what's said while you talk, then turns it into a summary, the decisions and a to-do list. The AI runs on your Chabi plan, so there's nothing else to pay for.

Transcript
- Records your microphone and writes down what's said every 30 seconds, with the time it was said.
- Skips the silent stretches, so a quiet room costs nothing.
- Exports the whole recording as one audio file.
Meeting notes
- Turns the transcript into a summary, the decisions and action items with who owns each one.
- Lets you tick off action items as they're done.
- Copies the notes to paste into email, Notes or Docs, or saves them as a PDF with the transcript.
Paid for by your Chabi plan
Meeting Transcriber has no subscription of its own. Sign in with Chabi and transcription and summaries use credits from your plan: about 30 credits for an hour-long meeting. The app sees your Chabi display name, never your email.
Install it
- Open the downloaded .dmg and drag Meeting Transcriber into Applications.
- Open it. The first time, macOS says it can't check the app, because this test build isn't signed by Apple yet. Click Done.
- Go to System Settings, then Privacy & Security, and click Open Anyway next to Meeting Transcriber.
- Sign in with Chabi, allow the microphone when asked, and press Record.
